If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call the office at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule in order to accommodate another patient. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel without 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to assess a fee.
This fee will be charged directly to the patient and must be paid on or before the next scheduled appointment. A total of 3 no shows or cancellations without 48 hours notice may result in dismissal from your physician’s current practice.
If you are delayed and cannot make an appointment on time, please call to advise us of your situation and provide an estimated time of arrival. Any delay beyond 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, may result in the visit being rescheduled, or you may be given the option to wait until the end of the schedule.
