No. Registration is completely free. We are a fully OHIP-insured facility, and all standard medical consultations are covered under your Ontario Health Insurance Plan.
Yes. We encourage family registrations. Simply fill out the initial form, and our onboarding team will provide you with the necessary documentation to add your spouse and children to your family file.
Once you submit your request, we will reach out to you closer to the clinic opening to confirm your details, help with record transfers, and finalize your “Priority Patient” status.
