Scarborough’s Morning Medical Hub: See A Doctor Before Noon Today

As new parents, finding the right family doctor was very important to us, and we’re so grateful we found Intrepid Health Care. (Dr. Eteeqa Waraich) has been incredibly caring, patient, and supportive throughout our experience. Every staff member we met was kind, polite, and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable and cared for from the very beginning. What truly meant the most to us was when our baby was having some health issues. Even with their busy schedule, they made time to see and help our baby without hesitation. As first-time parents, that compassion and support meant everything to us and gave us so much peace of mind. We genuinely appreciate the care we received and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy family doctor.

Writing as a new patient seeking a regular family doctor. I was able to be connected right away after filling out a form online, which made it very easy. This clinic is clean and staff are communicative and organized. Parking lot is easy to access. Plenty of space in the waiting rooms and an abundance of services offered through the team. I have only met my doctor twice but she was responsive and followed up with me right away after receiving recent bloodwork. She answered my questions with care. Location is great because it is conveniently located by my favourite blood lab too. I do wish my doctor (Dr. E. Warraich) had more options for scheduling so I wouldn't always have to come during work hours. I was also told that booking three months ahead was tentative and it may change up to one month before which makes it difficult to plan ahead and coordinate. That is the only reason for one star removed. Otherwise, I am very happy with this practice so far and would recommend it.

I'm so grateful to have found Intrepid Health at Kennedy & Lawrence. The staffs were so accomodating and friendly. The clinic is nice and clean. Its so easy to book an appointment. So happy to have found a new family doctor, Dr. Eteeqa Warraich. Such a nice lady, very professional, listens attentively to all my concens. She makes sure the i get the best medical help i need. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My experience at the clinic was mixed. On the positive side, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the triage process was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, my consultation with the physician left me somewhat disappointed. The interaction felt rushed, and I got the impression that he was trying to catch up because the clinic was running behind schedule. While physiotherapy was strongly recommended, I would have appreciated a detailed discussion of my lab results and a clearer explanation of the reasoning behind the recommendation. The consultation felt somewhat transactional rather than collaborative. One area for improvement would be communication regarding delays. If appointments are running significantly late, a text message or notification to patients would be greatly appreciated, as it would allow people to adjust their schedules accordingly and avoid unnecessary waiting. Overall, the support staff provided excellent service, but the physician consultation did not fully meet my expectations. While others may have a different experience, I would personally consider other options before returning.

Visited Intrepid Health Scarborough for a B12 shot and the experience was quick and hassle-free. Booking was easy, wait time was minimal, and there is good parking available, which makes visits convenient. The staff were friendly, the manager was professional and accommodating, and Dr. Eteeqa was knowledgeable and attentive. It is also very convenient that you can get prescriptions and blood tests done in one place, with clear follow-ups and smooth communication throughout. My wife and I were so impressed that we have decided to make Dr. Eteeqa our family doctor.
